TBC Teletheatre BC was established in 1994 as a partnership between Fraser Downs, Hastings Racecourse, the Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association, and the BC Standardbred Association.
TBC is the only entity authorized by the provincial government to provide off-track wagering services in British Columbia (BC).
Our Racebook locations enable residents and visitors, in communities throughout BC, to watch and wager on standardbred (harness) racing at Fraser Downs in Surrey BC, and thoroughbred racing at Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver BC, as well as other race tracks around the world.
